Designed by Auckland Architects Box this four bedroom home was designed around the established tropical gardens. Typical of Box design, the house has a modern look with clean lines and contemporary styling. The home is clad in cedar weatherboards stained black with contrasting white aluminium joinery throughout.

A contemporary black and white kitchen features in the living area. Wrap-around double glazing on the double-storey home means the outlook is on show at all times. Glass balustrades on the master bedroom balcony allow the owners to wake up to fantastic river views.
